Our Complaint Handling Process
We follow a clear and fair complaints procedure to ensure your concerns are addressed properly:
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and provide details of our complaints procedure.
- Within 4 weeks, we will update you on the progress and aim to provide a final response or explain any delay.
- Within 8 weeks, we will issue a final response or a full explanation if we have not yet concluded our investigation.
