Bed Bug Infestations
Towards the end of 2023, there were a significant number of reports of bed bug infestations in the media.
Being specialists in housing disrepair claims, we were aware of the issue via reports from our clients. We also knew the serious negative impact they had on their lives too, which is what prompted us to conduct our research.
We spoke with every council in the country and asked them about the level of infestations in their area and what steps they’d taken to resolve them.
